The college is organised into Hub areas. Each Hub offering different curriculum and extra curriculum experiences and manages the Independent Work Areas [IWA’s] in each Hub as well as the learning, support and welfare of students when they are in that area.

The Hub leaders ensure that there is clear consistency in approaches between all of the Hubs but that some of the experiences gained by students can be thought of as ‘unique’ to that Hub.
