City of Leicester College

At The City of Leicester College we strive to create an inclusive environment ensuring that everyone feels safe, this includes students and staff in our college who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community.

We are proud to say that we gained The Rainbow Flag Award in September 2022. The Rainbow Flag Award encourages a whole organisation approach to LGBTQ+ inclusion, as well as developing strategies to effectively challenge and combat LGBTphobic bullying.

The TCOLC Pride group is a welcoming, fun and proactive group. Together they aim to create an inclusive LGBTQ+ friendly school that campaigns for a better future.
